I have just started meditating for 6mins every morning - random length as that is the length of the guided mediation I am using - only just started but theory is to get up a tad earlier every morning and commit to a short meditation before brewing the coffee and catching up with friends for morning chats

Yes! Even a few minutes feels like a lifetime in a busy day. Also social time with friends in the morning sounds wonderful
