- do you recommend writing and refection on more than 1 value?
- does it seem like there are some elements missing from the list (e.g. other hobby skills like chess ... Or would that fall into the artistic skills bucket). Or even anything relating to wealth and personal finance.
Great question! I see the above protocol more as an quick exercise / intervention - like a taking a cool shower on a hot day - to ward off negative effects.
I think itβs worth doing a more extensive values writing exercise which can take several hours over multiple sessions.
I would look up βcore values worksheet/exerciseβ for a longer list and itβs worth doing a follow up to name / customize the value so itβs personally meaningful. Like instead of just saying you value βadventureβ your value might be βtake the leapβ or βsay yesβ
